For coaches
Supervision of supervisors

Professionalising your stance as a supervisor
To be a supervisor is to meet the increasingly complex ethical dilemmas that supervisees bring; it is also to revisit regularly the boundaries between supervision, coaching and therapy, and the need to be clear and well-adjusted in one’s interventions so that coaches can themselves hold that awareness.
What supervision of supervisors brings
- Anchoring the supervisor’s specific role in the craft, and enriching one’s practice
- Building and co-creating new supervision techniques
- Developing one’s positioning and offer as a supervisor
- Refining one’s way of being as a supervisor
- Telling apart morality, professional conduct and ethics
- Consolidating the boundaries between supervisor, mentor, coach, tutor and therapist
- Pausing and standing back from one’s practice as a supervisor
- Developing congruence and coherence between personal and professional life
How it works
One to one or in a group
I use all the usual modes of group supervision, together with an extension of the ten-eyed model complemented by an inductive approach.
