For coaches
Supervision of coaching teams

Unfolding what is at stake in a collective of coaches
Supervising a team of professional coaches is first and foremost a space of supervision. With a team of coaches, it is also close to a space of team coaching.
The supervisors’ stance is therefore hybrid, and calls for a robust practice of both approaches. Supervisors must also have a tested methodology for supervising team and organisational coaches.
This space is specific because it focuses on the system the coaches form together. It sets out to explore what is particular in the relational dynamic of that system, and to put that exploration at the service of their clients or the teams they coach.
